Refund policy

At Aurignals, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)

Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged.
Eligible products must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Reporting a Damaged Product

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Include your Order ID in the email

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Used, opened, or tampered products will not be eligible for return.

4. Return Approval Process

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

After we receive the returned item:

  • The product will undergo a quality inspection.

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. COD Order Refunds

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable COD handling charges, as these charges are paid to our courier partner.

  • In case of cancellation after shipment, the COD advance amount will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation terms:

1. Order Not Dispatched

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 6–8 business days.

2. Order Already Dispatched

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
