Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
During high-volume periods such as festive seasons, public holidays, or new launches, slight delays may occur.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you another email containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
